Your order

Please check the photograph, size, finish, delivery address and total before paying. Production may begin promptly after successful payment; orders needing an additional fulfilment review may take longer. We email your order confirmation and provide an order-status link. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

Delivery and charges

The amount payable on this website, including the shipping and taxes we collect, is shown before payment. Depending on the destination and production location, import taxes, customs duties and carrier clearance fees may be collected separately. Please read the country-specific notice before ordering; these charges are included only if the final quote expressly says so. Delivery estimates are estimates, unless we explicitly agree a guaranteed date. Your statutory delivery rights remain unchanged.

Cancellations and returns

Where the law allows, we do not offer voluntary cancellations or returns for a change of mind. This does not remove legal cancellation rights. Printing a standard catalogue photograph after an order is placed does not, by itself, make it legally personalised.

Where EU or UK withdrawal rights apply, you may cancel without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after delivery, then returning the goods within 14 days after that notification. Email, WhatsApp or the optional form below may be used. You pay the direct return cost for a change-of-mind return; this does not apply to a remedy for faulty goods. Use our contact address above for returns unless we provide another address.

We refund payments, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after your cancellation notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. Premium delivery supplements are not refunded. A deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. These provisions apply only to the extent permitted by your mandatory rights.

Damage or a problem with your print

Please contact Milo on WhatsApp promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the print, any damage and the packaging. Keep the packaging while we review the issue. You may also contact us by email. We assess each case fairly and arrange the repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by applicable law. Contacting us promptly helps us investigate; it does not shorten your legal rights.

Any goodwill remedy beyond your legal entitlement is at Milo Cuti’s discretion following review. Approved or legally required refunds are returned to the original payment method, unless another method is agreed where the law permits.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory protections for defective, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods. Any applicable consumer rights, including the right to bring a claim in a legally protected forum, take priority over these terms.
