Your requests and orders

Your contact details and project information are used to handle your request, arrange your session and send booking information. A print order also uses your delivery address.

Services used

Payments are processed by Stripe. Invitations are sent through Google Calendar and booking emails through Gmail. Availability checks never reveal personal calendar details to customers. Requests and notification delivery records are stored in the private studio. Details needed to deliver prints are shared with the print supplier. Portfolio images load from the Google Photos albums selected by Milo.

Print orders, customer contact and delivery details, payment references and shipping updates are also recorded in a private Google Sheet accessible to Milo. Prodigi receives the information required to produce and deliver your print. Card details remain with Stripe; the tracker does not store card numbers.

Delivery country suggestions are saved privately and emailed to Milo. If you leave an email or phone number, it is used only to follow up about delivery availability, not for marketing. You can request removal by contacting Milo.

Google Places can suggest session addresses. When enabled, your search text is sent to Google. You can choose manual entry instead; the selected address is saved with your request.

The WhatsApp button opens a conversation in WhatsApp. Your language and theme preferences are saved on your device.
